Chocolate is a summons to the soul when your sad, especially sad. Depressed and to curve that craving that you have for a sweet morsel.
What I think about chocolate is it’s satisfying and delicious all at the same time. I have to say more then a person can satisfy. And that’s pretty bad. But it’s true.
My favorite chocolate is Belgium chocolate. And I can only eat the milk chocolate. The kind that are here in the United States really isn’t that good. Hershey’s is made with cocoa and bitter sweet. Others in other countries made with the same but not with all of the same ingredients.
The dark chocolate will give a bad side effect of a migraine due to its puritanical substances like caffeine. That’s what stops me from having too much. For those of you that wonder about those triggers of a migraine, there is your number one thing. “Caffeine”. Trust me there is many more things that trigger a migraine.
What’s your favorite candy bar? And do you like milk chocolate or dark?
Dark is supposed to be better for you and it is better than milk chocolate but when your body is not use to being purified it creates a toxin where your body is fighting in order to accept the the purity of the cocoa.
There are a lot of foods out there that purify your body. And your body will react to it or not react. In my case it reacts to dark chocolate.
So just remember chocolate is good for you and could be bad for you. Depending on your body’s intake of substances. It took me a while before I found out the triggers of my migraines.
In order to set my taste buds free of needing a sweet treat. I choose milk chocolate. Or if I’m upset about things it’s milk chocolate indeed.
